WATER AND SHOCK RESISTANCE

Water Depth rating for your watch can be found

on the dial, bezel and caseback.

or UNSCREW THE CROWN UNDER WATER.

CARE AND MAINTAINANCE

1. Watch is water-resistant only as long as lens,

push buttons and case remain intact.

2. Watch not depth rated to 200 Meters should

not be used for diving.

3. Rinse watch with fresh water after exposure

to salt water, sand or chlorine.

4. If your watch has a rotating bezel, rinse

it thoroughly after use in salt water or sand,

rotating the bezel several times while the watch

is immersed in fresh water.

5. Watches are designed to pass ISO test for

shock-resistance. However, care should be taken

to avoid damaging crystal/lens.

6. Your battery should be replaced

approximately every two years.

Special note: Freestyle® watches are designed

and engineered to be highly water-resistant,

and to withstand the most active of lifestyles.

The most important component in keeping your

watch water-resistant is the case back

O- ring, which prevents water from entering

the watch through the case back. Water leakage

most often occurs after improper battery

replacement. We strongly recommend having

the Freestyle’s service center replace your

battery. Water leakage due to improper battery

replacement is not covered under warranty.

FABRIC BAND CARE

All Freestyle® fabric watch bands are made from

the highest quality material. They are washable

in warm water and a mild liquid soap. Since your

watch is water resistant, it is not necessary to

remove the band from the watch when washing

it. For stubborn stains, scrub with a small brush

(i.e. a toothbrush) and rinse thoroughly.

If your fabric band has leather attached, apply

a small amount of a good quality water and

stain repellent leather care product to the

leather portion before and after washing.

NIGHT VISION™ BACKLIGHTING

If your Freestyle® watch is equipped with the

Night Vision™ backlighting feature, you can

activate the light on analog styles by pressing

the button located on either the two o’clock

or three o’clock position adjacent to the

crown. On some analog watches, pushing the

crown activates the light. The light will remain

activated for as long as you hold the button.

For Digital Freestyle® Shark Watches press the

push button P4 to activate the Night Vision

backlighting. Additionally, some models feature

a delay that will keep the light active for a brief

period after you release the button.

Under normal circumstances, use of the Night

Vision™ backlight will not aect battery life.

However, repeated and frequent use of the

backlight will reduce battery service life.

are free from defects

in materials and workmanship. The following

arenotcovered under warranty: battery, case,

strap/bracelet/band and crystal. Accidental loss,

breakage or damage due to normal wear

or misuse of the product, including but not

limited to the mathematical accuracy of the

product, is not covered under this warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how

long an implied warranty lasts, or the exclusions

of or limitations on consequential damages,

so the above limitation may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specic legal rights,

and you may have other rights, which vary

from state to state.

Under this warranty Freestyle® at the discretion

of our repair center will either repair or replace

your watch at no cost. There will, however,

be a nominal charge for the cost of handling

and shipping your watch back to you. You will

be responsible for the cost of any repair needed

that is not covered under the warranty. Proof

of purchase and/or original receipt from

an authorized Freestyle® retailer is required

to validate your warranty.

If the watch case is opened by anyone other

than an authorized Freestyle® repair center,

the warranty is voided. Any other form

of guarantee to you by the retailer is their

responsibility. This warranty applies to watches

purchased in the United States. For watches

purchased outside the United States, please

contact your local authorized Freestyle® dealer

for warranty information.

After receiving the acknowledgment email

from our repair center for your repair order,

please carefully package your watch and send

it via insured parcel post or other reliable

shipping method, preferably trackable for your

protection, to the address below.

PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

A copy of the original receipt, copy of the repair

ticket or acknowledgment email, or your printed

name, address, phone number, email address

and a brief description of the problem.

shipment. Although we strive to repair and

return your watch to you as quickly as possible,

please allow up to 30 days for processing and
