IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

1 7. Do not permit the mains supply cord or plug to touch hot objects or allow the

power cord to lay across the rice cooker.

18. This appliance is deemed for use indoors only.

1 9. Do not use harsh or abrasive cleaning agents. The outside surface may be

wiped clean with a soft, damp cloth and dried thoroughly. If necessary, a mild

dishwashing detergent may be applied to the cloth but not directly applied to the

rice cooker.

20 . This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced

physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless

they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by

a person responsible for their safety.

21. Children should be supervised not to play with the appliance.

22. Your rice cooker should not be unattended while in use.

23. This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:





breakfast type environments.

24. Always use this rice cooker with a power outlet of the voltage (A.C. only) marked

on the base of the rice cooker.

25. Do not use rice cooker for any purpose other than its intended use.

27. Do not place your rice cooker on top of any other appliance.

28. Do not allow the power cord of this rice cooker to hang over the edge of a table

or bench top.

29. Always use oven mitts when handling the non-stick pot during or after use.

Do not move the rice cooker while it is in operation and be sure to unplug the

rice cooker when moving to another location.

Always operate the rice cooker at least 20cm away from any wall or curtains

Ensure the steam outlet, located on the lid of the rice cooker, is never covered

during operation. Especially not by hands or face as this can cause to scalding

of the skin.

If a part of the rice cooker ever becomes damaged, please contact RVM Australia

to enquire about a replacement of said part if available.
